It appears to be an oil finish, with lots and lots of solvents - aka cheaply made. I'll be interested to see if anyone has any actual experience with it. My first impression, though, is not great. I'd be far more inclined to use one of the many proven products. My personal favorite, of this ilk, is Daly's Seafin Teak Oil.
